"Nice spot Plenty of areas to visit Restaurant staff friendly Rooms ok but have to purchase additional s even though its an all inclusive have to pay additional for kettle , room safe( not specified online) Stated as 5 bars but has only 3 functional bars And only 2 restaurants for all not on premium inclusive. Both restaurants serve the same buffet food. Over all good site but not worthy for the price paid for a 4 star"

"Ukino Palmerias village is Amazing from staff to facilities to rooms food and drinks. I came with 4 kids my partner and mother. The rooms are large and spacious 1 room was divided into two rooms one with a super king bed that was so comfy with a balcony and the other side two beds with a balcony The second room was a double twin which again spacious the bathrooms are gorgeous very modern very fancy. Room cleaned every day if you wanted. I think next time I stay i would ask not be too close to the reception as it was loud at times and with young kids that was frustrating but in 2024 we were up a floor and it was super quiet. The atmosphere of the hotel is very family friendly it was a mix of old and young I always felt comfortable to let my kids be kids the staff in every department were always so kind gentle towards my kids my 9 month old boy made many friends with the dinning room staff. What was awful though is how hard the staff work and some people cant evan say a simple thank you! Or hey why not pick up your cup and put them in the cup bins by the pool. I personally liked the location it wasnt a hectic town it was just on the edge and being so close to two beautiful beaches with a road train that stops outside the hotel every hour to take you into the town. Food i really enjoyed the variety especially for kids who maybe picky wood fire Pizza was a hit and you know what the pasta dishes were fab ! Not Portuguese I know but I love pasta but there was options for everyone meat fish vegetable tofu salad bar and deserts I would recomend like a blended food bowel for babies as I did find it a small bit difficult giving dinner for my 9 month old but i sorted it and he ate. Drinks huge variety in the bars. Mocktail list etc wine and beer at lunch and dinner. 24 hour snack bar is really good ! Maybe tea and coffee place in lobby would be fab touch Entertainment the slides are so funny CROSS LEGS ON YELLOW LADIES the kids area is perfect my 5 and 3 year old had so much fun Aqua gym was fun and funny all ages joined in VR room was really cool maybe a little pricey for just one game but look its fine we went to the kids mini disco was lovely we were coming to the end of holiday season so it was quiet but kids loved it and thats all that matters. But I struggled to understand as very geared towards French while we there just French spoken sometimes I would understand if it was Portuguese. Over all value for money definitely so much to do you dont have to leave the hotel if you really didnt want too kids never wanted to leave. If u could still be there now I would it was really great i domt understand some of the negative reviews because it doesnt describe ukino palmerias at all I have been there twice now and I would go a third! Also point out I have a kid with Autism and and they catered for her."

"We arrived late to book in the friendly receptionist asked if we were hungry I said no but I could do with a drink. She put our bands on and said go and get a drink then come back to sign in. Which was very polite of her and we did gratefully go and get a drink before signing in. Our room was big . Spacious and clean and comfortable. The food was very good with plenty of choice of which we tried most options. There where two dinning areas and snack restraunt as well. The pools which there were two good sized ones and the sun bathing areas had plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The grasses bathing area was a quiet place to relax and sunbath. At night you had the lobby lounge with a pianist playing every night in a very relaxed and comfortable setting. There was also a nightly show in the theater evey night with dancing music shows. We as an older couple enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. But if you want to visit the nearby beach and you have walking difficulties you would be better off catching the tourist train outside the hotel entrance and going into Armacou de Perris where the you can get to the beach easily."
