"Just back after a 4 night stay here and would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone. Easy and efficient book in by friendly and helpful staff. We were in room 343 and loved it , nice front view with a balcony , and everything you need for a 4 night visit . The room was checked and cleaned everyday by the cleaning staff and towels were changed if you left them to be collected. Ate breakfast everyday in the restaurant, and there was a massive selection of items available for all tastes . The guy at the front was really nice and welcoming , and all the staff were hard working keeping everything clean and tidy . The hotel is in a fantastic location and only a short walk from all the nightlife ,with bars and restaurants aplenty for all tastes . Would definitely stay here again if we return to Krakow."

"The hotel is ideally located for the old town and a short walk from the main station. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. The staff in the main were friendly as were the Polish people. The only exception was a barmaid working on 28/2. A large group had entered the bar and when they had been served, as it had turned 11pm abruptly told my friend the bar was closed, despite him standing there for five minutes while the group was being served. To clarify we are all 60 or over . This lady was the only let down on the trip and the reason this is not a five star review. That said I recommend the hotel, just avoid the bar."

"Lovely hotel , friendly staff , well stocked bar meal in Restaurant was lovely . Room was small but warm and clean . Some extra plug sockets would have been handy . Great central location for exploring"
