"The hotel is very very conveniently located . Easy five minute walk from train station that goes to and from the airport by direct half hourly train service . The old town is a five minute walk as are many other attractions. The room was functional and clean . Beds are basic but comfortable. Linens are really not great. Towels are cheap and the sheets don’t seem to fit the mattress very well. The towel rail in our room wasn’t working so we had to ask for fresh towels to avoid using damp cold towels Having a two room suite was very convenient . Being able to make basic food in room is a bonus and there’s a supermarket for basics across the road . We didn’t have breakfast in hotel as it’s quite expensive for the city . That’s not an issue as the supermarket and local shops sell great pastries . We didn’t find the noise to be too intrusive , the location is close to a major road so occasional sirens are heard. Staff were friendly and helpful . There’s a super Italian restaurant , Il Calzone , in street behind , set back from main road and well worth a visit . Overall , we would stay again for the convenience alone but I wouldn’t expect a luxury stay if using this hotel…but a very cost effective and reasonably comfortable stay for sure ."

"We had a lovely stay here at this hotel. Staff are very welcoming and very accommodating. The hotel is very clean and the room we stayed in was beautiful and had a little balcony. We stayed about 10 minute walk from the old town square, and only a 2 minute walk to the bus stops for pick up for our trips. I had already spoke with the hotel and they arranged return taxis for us and arranged one of our trips, this was booked with krakow direct ( excellent service) They clean your room every other day, we were absolutely fine with this, if you needed anything all you had to do was asked. We loved this hotel and the staff hopefully be back in the summer months Thanks again"
