Stradonia Aparthotel

"Lovely apartment and great location but you lost 2 stars over breakfast. They have a policy that breakfast needs to be ordered by 8pm the night before. We stayed for 3 nights and ordered breakfast for the first 2 days. We didn't order on the final day as we didn't want it, yet they decided to order what we had the previous day without checking with us. When it was delivered, we took it back and said we never ordered it and were told by the receptionist that they decided to order it for us because we hadn't placed an order. Whilst this is a nice gesture in case you had forgotten to do it, the onus should be on the guest to place an order in time. If they order without you asking, then they should be liable for the bill if you don't want it. They are clear that if you don't order by 8pm then you don't get it. We didn't order by 8pm because we didn't want it! What really irritated me was that we were then charged for two breakfasts that we didn't order and didn't want! We left them at reception and said we didn't want it, and given we didn't order it, we should not be charged. But we were! So be aware that if you order breakfast one day and don't want it the next, you should go into reception and be clear that you do not want it the following day. Otherwise you will be charged for something you didn't order!"

"Fantastic location right near to the castle and a few minutes walk from the main square with a 24 hour reception & baggage storage on our last day. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was exceptionally clean and modern. Despite being in a busy area the apartment was so quiet and there was a lounge next to reception. I will definitely return to Stradonia apartments, it was such good accommodation. We choose to eat out every day but there is a small mini market next door and a bakery/cafe a few doors down the street which serves good drinks, breakfasts and sandwiches & cakes, lots of restaurants on the doorstep too and the river is a short walk away"

"Stradonia Serviced Apartments in Krakow is a prime location near Wawel Castle and Old Town. Our incredibly clean studio apartment was excellent value, which included a full kitchen, comfortable bed and lovely small balcony. We were able to leave our suitcase with reception as we had an early flight and were messaged via WhatsApp when our apartment was ready. I had booked this trip as a birthday present for my partner and we were both shocked by the attentiveness of the staff. We will 100% be returning to this accommodation on our next trip to Krakow."
