"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Sheraton Grand Krakow. As Platinum Bonvoy members, we were very thankful to be accommodated with an early check-in after our early flight. Our room was nicely updated, comfortable, and had a beautiful river view. Breakfast was excellent — very extensive with plenty of delicious options. The evening reception at the M Club Lounge was also outstanding, offering a great variety of food and drinks — one of the best lounge experiences we’ve had in Europe! Special thanks to the amazing staff who made our stay memorable: Peter (bellman), Natalia (front desk), Jatinder (F&B), and especially Ali at the Lounge, who was incredibly warm and friendly. Every staff member we interacted with was polite and kind. However, I did have an unfortunate experience with the omelette station attendant(small guy). Across multiple mornings, he seemed quite unfriendly and abrupt when taking orders, and on one occasion, he refused to take an order just 4 minutes before the official opening time (without any clear signage). We wouldn’t be there a few minutes before 7 if we were not catching an early train and the front desk person told me (app) that they open at 6:40. It was a small thing, but his attitude contrasted sharply with the otherwise excellent service we received throughout the hotel. Despite that small hiccup, we truly loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The location, views, and wonderful service make Sheraton Grand Krakow an excellent choice when visiting this beautiful city."

"I love Krakow — with all its charm attractions and surprises, but when it comes to choosing where to stay, I don’t like surprises!! I like to stay in a place where I can be sure about the quality of my room, my bed, the service and the food. That’s why I keep coming back to this hotel and each time I see how excellence can get even better — thanks to the outstanding leadership of the General Manager Apostolos whom I had the pleasure to meet personally . The rooms and bathrooms have classic elegant design, spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every amenity you could need. I love the famous Sheraton bed, with its perfect mattress and feather pillows. The breakfast is truly the best you can find in Krakow a super lavish buffet with an enormous selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, breads, bakeries, homemade jams, Halvas and honey. Selection of milks, fresh juices , jams, honies, yogurts, live stations for every kind of egg dish and much much more… In the evening, we decide to enjoy a fantastic dinner at the hotel’s famous Italian restaurant with exceptional service from Maria, our charming waitress from Portugal . The elegant club Launge on the first floor is the perfect place for short break and refreshments. The hotel also have excellent gym, spa and pool where I like to exercise and recharge. The hotel remarkable team and service in multi languages at every level — from Konrad the kind and professional Front Desk Manager, to the most helpfully Bell Captain Piotr, and the excellent Restarants team and housekeeping team. A special thanks also to Jakub Kuligowski, the fantastic Director of Operations, who ensures that every detail and hospitality arrangement runs smoothly and perfectly. The location is ideal — just a short walk to the heart of the Old Town, yet away from the noise and the crowds. Yet the view from my windows of the historic Royal Castle and the Vistula River is simply priceless especially from the romantic roof bar and Restaurant. Without a doubt, I can fully recommend this hotel my favorite hotel in the city for business and pleasure."
