"This was a truly awful hotel. Mum and I arrived at approx 8pm. Check in was easy. Upon arrival of the room it felt like a complete sweat box. It was so hot. I had to open all the windows wide and we had to leave them open all night due to no aircon. I switched on the fan which was very small but it didn't matter as it didn't work anyway!!! To get the kettle to work we had to hold the button down!!! I paid £345 for 4 nights B&B for a twin room but left after the first night (without breakfast as we had a trip booked for early morning pick up) as it was so loud down on the streets with the windows open neither of us got a wink of sleep. On checking out the person on reception never asked if everything was ok just let us go 3 days early! I since emailed the hotel through booking.com and received not even an acknowledgement let alone and apology or refund. Awful place!"

"A good base to explore Krakow from. The rooms are basic and quite old fashioned, but are clean and well presented. Plenty available for breakfast (continental with a good fresh coffee machine). Only down side is there's no air-conditioning so windows need to be opened, especially during hot months and the street is very noisy at night. So, if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Not the hotels fault, just a tip."

"An excellent choice. Dated but scrupulously clean and comfortable. Brilliant location within walking distance of all major attractions as well as restaurants and bars in abundance. Staff welcoming and efficient land the breakfast was varied and tasty. Highly recommend if you’re happy with a decent place to lay your head whilst focusing on getting out and about."
