"The location was easy to find, and quite central to everything. It was a short walk to Krakow square. It was easy to get a bolt pick up from here. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast is really good with lots of choice. The overall atmosphere was really peaceful, a brilliant get away. It was all really good value for money!"

"Lovely hotel with amazing breakfast on offer. Great way to set up for the day site seeing. Meals in the restaurant are good value and it’s a nice menu. The swimming pool is a great place for tired legs offering towels, slippers and robes. The view from there is stunning. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Taxi on hand for trips out."

"Stayed here as a family group of 7. We had 2 rooms which were junior suites so loads of room , beds very comfortable, shower & bathroom was very clean and well maintained. There’s a pool & sauna which we used twice. The breakfast was very good - we didn’t eat here in the evenings simply because we were out all day and ate our evening meals in the lovely restaurants in the square. This hotel is about a 20min walk from the square but this isn’t a problem because the walk is very enjoyable and it also means it’s quiet at night. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Krakow."
