"What an absolutely fantastic place to stay! It sits in the perfect location—peaceful and quiet, yet within easy walking distance of Krakow’s vibrant hustle and bustle. The hotel itself is beautiful, bursting with old-world charm, character, and comfort. The staff are the true highlight of the experience. Every single team member is incredibly warm, polite, and eager to help. Their local knowledge is top-tier; they gave us spectacular recommendations for local restaurants, and every single one we tried was absolutely perfect. eg sioux & Moo Moo for you steak lovers Our room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with great amenities, including a safe, mini-bar, toiletries, bottled water, and tea and coffee facilities. The daily maid service was immaculate, always providing fresh towels. Thanks to the spacious beds, we enjoyed a great night's sleep every single evening. Breakfast each morning was delicious, featuring a wonderful variety; everything was clearly fresh & of the highest quality. The hotel also features an excellent bar & restaurant on site, great to sit outside & watch the world go by. We celebrated our wedding anniversary while staying at the hotel. When we returned from a day's sightseeing, we were greeted with 2 glasses and a lovely bottle of wine in our room. It made our trip to Krakow unforgettable, and we would absolutely return!"

"My stay at Hotel Polski Pod Białym Orłem was incredible! The hotel was superb and full of great interior, the location of the hotel was also brilliant. Very short walking distance to both the Main Square and collection points for daily excursions. The staff were all so lovely from the experience that I had with them. As a solo traveller, I had a single room, the room was beautiful and full of character and also a very good size. This was a great value for money hotel, based on location and hospitality, I have already recommended it to friends and family upon my return."
