Pergamin Aparthotel

"When arriving at the apartments it was very easy to find, I was given a code to unlock the front door a couple of hours prior and it worked straight away, along with the code I was given another number which told us the code to unlock the bedroom key, this was also very easy to do. I couldn't fault the location at all, you couldn't possibly get anymore central than what it was, I travelled with my younger sister and we felt safe walking home on the streets at night and all polish citizens were very polite and welcoming to their country. The room was great value for money, it is what it is, it wasn't the 5* luxury however it accommodated everything we needed for our stay, i felt clean in there and safe. I had seen a couple of complaints regarding noise levels etc, I understand different people stay at different times and some nights may be louder than others however we didn't hear a peep at all slight noise from the tram on a morning that was it. The only thing I would maybe say is that the atmosphere is quite eary although we felt safe the apartments were very quiet and it was very rare we seen anyone (we did bump into a couple of English tourist who were staying there) but it was rare to see anyone. If your looking to book any trips we booked, Aushwitz&Berkenhau, the salt times and the thermal baths in Zacopane all through Mr Shuttle - they picked us up on time outside of our hotel they stayed in touch via email of times etc and had an English speaker throughout, it was a brilliant experience. If your needing any taxis I would download Bolt on your phone and book through them they're crazy! I will deffinately be returning to Krakow."

"Arrived to the aparthotel, not to have any idea how to get in etc A nice couple let us in and explained the procedure how to get the keys and codes.We had to use our phones and message them on what's up. We Were staying for five days unfortunately we never once found our room made up or got any fresh towels or (bins emptied) We never found anyone to complain too about these matters.Good points were its near the square and had a supermarket and kebab shop either side of us which we found really helpful,Krakow is beautiful give a try Im sure you won't be disappointed."

"Very noisy walls and floors like cardboard struggled to sleep every night with all the noise from the hotel. No members of staff at hotel . Paid extra for breakfast but they didn’t serve any. Rooms don’t look what they look like on pictures."
