Palladian Hotel

"I came to Kraków on an easyjet holiday and this was the given hotel. I couldn't believe what a great location it was! Literally 100 metres from the main square. I had a room with no view, which was fine with me as it was super quiet 🤫. I was so impressed with this hotel. It seemed not busy when I was there but the choice of food at breakfast was exceptional, including hot food you could order to be freshly cooked. The dining room overlooks the main square. There was also a complimentary drink voucher with the room. Very comfortable beds, a big modern bathroom with shampoo etc. Tea making facilities, TV, safe and mini fridge. Overall I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. 10/10."

"Ok but just a 3 review. Take earplugs! The hotel is next to the main square so expect noise throughout the night and from 06.00 when the dustbin lorries start arriving. Room was more basic than we thought and noises echoed up from the base floor. In hindsight I would have booked a hotel a little further away from the main square. Visited Feb 2026."

"Fabulous location, right on the square. Stayed for 3 nights, it was a nice room as per the pictures. However, the bathroom was very disappointing, our shower head was broken. We reported it on day 1 and it was never dealt with so we had to manage which is not acceptable. The water pressure of the shower was also terrible, just a trickle. Not great when you want a hot shower after a day out in -5 degrees! The bathroom is very old fashioned and needs updating. No bathroom shelf/countertop at all to put toiletries, cosmetic bags etc which is really strange, not experienced that before. We had to ask for bath robes they are not left in the room on arrival. On the plus side the breakfast buffet was really nice, we went on an early trip and they provided a breakfast box for us to take as we missed breakfast."
