Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto

"Wonderful stay. Room clean and had everything we needed. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. There was a great breakfast selection. Around a 10 min walk to the main square and directly opposite a large shopping mall for convenience. Bring your appetite as the food is incredible......100% recommended and if we visit Krakow again we would stay here."

"2 night stay during a land/cruise tour. Rooms were nice and modern. A/c worked which is always a plus. Hotel porters went out of their way to accommodate a late arriving group. Breakfast was typical European breakfast with omelets and eggs to your order. Easy walking distance to the old town."

"On entering the hotel I was blown away, firstly the smell was gorgeous! The hotel was stunning, all immaculate and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were 5* they had everything in them you could ever need, the bathroom and shower fantastic. We had breakfast in the hotel which was again 5* we could not fault a thing. We went on an early morning tour and they arranged a breakfast bag for us, this was prepared so well, we had more than enough food with us. We also ate at the hotel on the last day, again gorgeous. I would 100% recommend this hotel, not only for the excellent location and stunning interior and service but for the front of house staff especially Patryck, he went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time."
