"A 30 min journey by taxi from the airport and a 5 min walk to the tram line which gets you into the old town in 7 stops, this hotel is ideally situated for visiting Krakow. The rooms are large, well presented and clean. There is a swimming pool and the breakfast choice was excellent with a very large buffet. For the quality I could not believe how cheap it was. Would definitely use again."

The location from Old Town was around 10 minutes in a bolt, which we didn't find too bad considering it was only about £3 for a bolt. Breakfast was all"

"Hotel room was nice and big. No amenities in room. Others in group booked same type of room but got a bath instead of a shower. Service in restaurant slow (we were the only people in there), and then brought out the wrong order on both main and dessert, on two different nights. Finally, ordered a taxi through the hotel to the airport, for 7 people (price and van confirmed) - a taxi for 2 people turned up, and hotel then said it wasn’t their problem."
