"This was a lovely hotel that was modern, clean and the restaurant food was very good indeed - the Bigos and apple pudding being highly recommended. The buffet breakfast was decent - not the best I've had by a long stretct but also far from the worst. However, the pool and facilities were not to the level we were expecting.. young kids allowed in the hot tub / jacuzzi, too many swimming lanes for a small pool also. My partner got burnt badly on the infrared sauna. There were no notes to say don't lean against the (what we thought) protective grill and within a split second she was badly burnt and required treatment, to which in fairness, the kind gym/pool staff helped with. We have never known an infrared sauna so dangerous - they should have notices or replace with something that works as a protective grill. Overall it was good and I would probably stay again at the right price."

"A 30 min journey by taxi from the airport and a 5 min walk to the tram line which gets you into the old town in 7 stops, this hotel is ideally situated for visiting Krakow. The rooms are large, well presented and clean. There is a swimming pool and the breakfast choice was excellent with a very large buffet. For the quality I could not believe how cheap it was. Would definitely use again."
