"I just would like to share with everyone about my experience staying in hotel. The location is fantastic nearby the tram station and amazing restaurants ,museums . Staff very helpful, spacious rooms with kitchenette and amazing bathrooms with shower. Also when you book the hotel room you are entitled to discount in fabulous restaurant called Zielonym do gory. "Have just returned from a lovely 4 night stay with family at this hotel. The location was great - only five to ten minutes walk from the Jewish Quarter which is packed with cafes, restaurants, and bars, and ten minutes by tram to the Old Town. There's a tram stop right by the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfy, and the hotel offers an excellent self-service breakfast with extensive continental and cooked options. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, with particular praise to Weronika who helped me book a trip to the Wieliczka Salt Mine (a must-see when you're in Krakow), showed me how to use the local tram booking app, and answered lots of other questions too. She was great. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Lwowksa 1 and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone thinking of visiting Krakow."
