"Hotel was fine. Room we got given had no working air conditioning. My issue was handled but it took longer to resolve the with technicians coming twice and a receptionist sending then a third time. We moved room- the room we moved to was better for air conditioning but smaller. Breakfast is average- staff work really hard. Spa relaxation area did not smell good!"

"Nice clean hotel with tran stop outside and train stop 500m away so easy to ride to town or airport , breakfast was fantastic staff great only issue was room was 3nd floor deluxe next to street so could hear tram every 8minutes outside so was loud enough to be annoying , I asked reception for change of room but to none available so got earplugs . Breakfast gets very busy after 8am ."

"Just arrived home after a 3 night stay here. The rooms were well equipped and large in size with a lovely and powerful shower. The beds were extremely comfy and we always got a good night sleep. We had added breakfast and this was well worth it. Hot and cold options and plenty of it to set you up for the day. There isn't that much around the hotel but there are some historical sites which we found deeply moving. You are about a 30 minute walk from the centre of Krakow but there are trams available. Our room had a juliette balcony and if I were to revisit then I'd book a room with a balcony. There's a filled minibar on arrival but we chose not to use this instead using the local shops. The area has a lot of graffiti but this is not the hotels fault. Would we reccomend this hotel? Yes, definitely and if we return to Poland then we would certainly book here again.
