"We only stayed for 3 nights but had a lovely time. The hotel is central to everything and all within walking distance. The breakfast is continental which we didn’t mind and all the staff were polite and helpful. We were lucky we’re allocated a room at the back of the hotel, so didn’t really hear the tram through the night. If we return to Krakow we would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was in a perfect location, within 10 minutes walk of Schindler's factory, 5 minutes walk to the Jewish Quarter and 20 minutes walk to the Old Town. The staff on reception were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was continental style consisting of cereals, bread, juice, fruit, eggs, meats, salad, cakes. The rooms were clean and tidy with a lovely shower room. As others have said there is noise from the trams and although we were at the back of the hotel we could still hear them. The walls however are not soundproofed and we could hear the people in the room next to us having a loud "discussion" regarding their shower. This was followed by noises of a more intimate nature at again at 4am - not ideal!"

"The hotel was nice but a bit dated. It is undergoing renovation. The bathrooms were more modern and the staff were very helpful and attentive. The food was lovely and we had tea and coffee and a kettle in our rooms. The only down side was we were a bit further away from the Main Square of Krakow and as we are not so fit, it would be about a 20 - 25 minute walk there so we had to get taxis or trams or Bolts (like our Ubers) to and from where we wanted to go. The hotel was in the Jewish quarter though so had a lot of history around there. The beds and pillows and quilts were comfortable. There was a TV there but the programmes were Polish, did not find any English channels."
