"Waw. What a fab hotel. Booked for a visit to Auschwitz Birkenau and Oskar Schindler’s factory. A lovely warm welcome at check-in. All staff were amazing and very, very friendly. Rooms were spacious / comfortable and appropriately stocked. The location was great and opposite was a taxi rank. The main market square was a 2 minute walk. Amazing place to stay. Can’t wait to return!"

"This hotel has a perfect location just off the main square so it is close to everything. The staff were smiley , helpful & spoke perfect English. Our room & bathroom were spacious (there were plenty of shelves to put your stuff in the bathroom) and a good view. It was always toasty warm too. You get a free drink to have in the bar at any time during your stay. Beds comfy. ALL GOOD! And it had a lovely, old wooden door too."

"We stayed at the Santi Hotel in Krakow for 3 nights in September. Our room was on the top floor with slanted ceilings – quirky, but you do have to duck a bit when moving towards the front of the room. The room itself was a good size and very comfortable. The staff were all great – really friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better, only about 5 minutes’ walk to the Main Square, with loads of restaurants and cafés nearby. For breakfast, we tried Chleb and More (just around the corner from McDonald’s). Lovely little place – coffee, water, bread, and a full English for about 10.00, which was excellent value. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Santi for its location, staff, and comfort."
