"Spotlessly clean hotel. All staff kind and helpful. Gabriel especially was so patient when helping us book trips. The breakfast had everything you could think of. Again staff were fantastic. Hot food cooked to order. Drinks in the bar were quite expensive compared to bars down the road. I wouldn’t hesitate to return here"

"Very stylish boutique hotel in a perfect location to explore Krakow. The hotel is a modern establishment with all conforts of a 4 star rating, the rooms are lovely, clean, the bed extremely comfortable. The staff is welcoming, friendly and extrememly helpful. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had away from home. 2 minutes walk from the Kraow Old-Town and 5 mnutes from the main railway station. the price is completely reasonable for the service provided. Would give 6 stars if I could."

"We stayed for 3 nights in a corner room on the 4th floor. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had been upgraded. The room was a good size, exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Our only criticism was that the bed was slightly too hard for us (personal choice). Breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of buffet and freshly cooked food. All team members were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is an excellent position, being close to the railway station and the main square. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Krakow."
