Hotel 32 Krakow Old Town

"The best hotel in my opinion The location is ideal from the airport (20 mins) The reception staff are all amazing and polite. Especially Piotr. He was so helpful with my husband’s medical condition. The room is immaculately clean and we got the best room on the 4th floor (room 28) The cleaners are very good and the rooms are cleaned early The reception is open 24 hours and the surrounding area has cafes, hairdressers and shops The main square is 10 mins away and is a lovely walk The tv has Netflix and the hotel provided an iron. We will definitely come back to this fabulous hotel."

"Lovely modern hotel staff were very helpful And organised trips to auswitz and the salt mines for us with pick up from the hotel Room was very clean and had good amenities Only complaint was the tv did not work Bed was comfortable And the bathroom was nice The hotel had a very modern feel to it It has a good location about 10 minutes walk from the main square and about 5 minutes to the castle and the boat trips I would definitely recommend this hotel to other visitors"

"We would highly recommend this hotel after staying for 3 nights end sept. Start of October. Rooms have heating and air con. Mini fridge full of goodies which you can pay for at end of your trip. Rooms are beautiful and we had room 30 which was spacious and had sky lights. Rooms so quiet we felt like the only people there. Reception staff were so lovely. And after an email a few weeks before had our trip to auschwitz sorted. We got picked up at 6 am. Direct to Auschwitz with a guided tour and back for 1pm. Highly recommended booking your trip via the hotel. Hotel also made us a lunch for our trip which was lovely and convenient. Breakfast was delicious. A little different. But had bacon and eggs for those who are fussy. Coffees made if you wanted a latte or cappuccino. 5-10 min walk to market square."
