Holiday Inn Krakow City Center

"Great location, just a block from the Old Town and 5-minute walk to the Market Square. Very quiet. Excellent breakfast with cooked options and excellent service. The Concierge service was amazing, with restaurant tips, maps, tour information, etc. Our room and bathroom were large and the water pressure was excellent. The staff was responsive (even brought a vacuum to my room for my compression bags). It was a great stay."

"Stayed her with my family, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Room was immaculate, although the pull out bed was far too small for two teenagers to share which caused a few problems. Great facilities in the room, everything you could need. Large balcony was a nice touch but could do with some tables/chair to be able to sit out there. We did not have breakfast included, we asked the price and it would have worked out around £80 per family a day so we decided not to add this as thought was very exspensive. The hotel was spotless clean and all the staff members very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was superb. Few minutes walk to the main square. Every where we visited old square, Jewish area, ghetto, river, castle ect we did all on foot due to this hotel being perfect location. A special shout out to the staff member who I communicated with via email, we arranged for balloons to be in the room for my daughter's birthday, the hotel also provided a cake. Small touches that go a long way. My daughter was made up with this. Overall apart from the bed situation and I thought the breakfast was pricey everything was superb and we would return if we ever visited Poland again! Thankyou"
