"We stayed at Dream Boutique Hotel for 3 nights and overall had a good experience. The room was very nice, clean, and well presented. We had requested birthday decorations in the room before arrival which was an additional fee but not too expensive, and the hotel kindly arranged this, which was a lovely touch and made the stay feel special. The staff were very friendly throughout our stay and gave us great recommendations on places to visit in the city, which was really helpful and added to the experience. The location was also very convenient — around a 10–15 minute walk to the main square, which was ideal for exploring Krakow while still being in a quieter area. A couple of negatives: the hairdryer in the room was very poor quality — it smelled like it was overheating and had very little power, so I’d definitely recommend bringing your own if possible. The first night was peaceful, but on the following nights there seemed to be a school trip or group of children staying at the hotel, which led to a lot of shouting, banging on doors, and general noise. Unfortunately, the rooms are not very soundproof, so this was quite noticeable. Overall, a pleasant stay with a great location, friendly staff, and thoughtful touches, but some improvements to room facilities and soundproofing would make it even better."
