"We booked our trip to Kraków in April 2025 for travel in March 2026. Upon arrival at the hotel around 12:00 pm, we asked if our room was ready. Official check-in was at 3:00 pm, and while our room wasn't quite ready yet, the staff were happy for us to leave our luggage in storage so we could start exploring the city. A staff member informed us that the room would be ready around 2:00 pm, which was an hour earlier than the official check-in time, we really appreciated this.
The location of the hotel is excellent and was one of the highlights of our stay. It is within easy walking distance of numerous bars, restaurants, and popular attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is also ideally situated close to the meeting points for one of the excursions we booked (Zakopane)
We had breakfast at the hotel, which is served from 7:00 am, and were pleased with the variety of the selection available. There was a wide range of options to suit different preferences. As our excursions required early starts, especially our Auschwitz tour which was a 7:00 am pick-up, we asked about the possibility of a takeaway breakfast, and the hotel staff were extremely accommodating in preparing and packaging food for us to take along.
The hotel and rooms were clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room, located on the top floor, was smaller than we had anticipated. We took the lift up to the top floor, but there were still a few stairs to climb to reach our room.
Despite the size, the room was comfortable and well equipped, providing a pleasant space to relax after a full day of sightseeing.
The building itself was really warm. The noise levels throughout the hotel were low, and we were not disturbed during the night, allowing for a good night's sleep throughout our stay.
On our departure day, we were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out, which allowed us to explore some last bits of the city before our evening flight home-a very convenient touch.
Considering the location, standard of accommodation, and level of service provided, the hotel offered good value for money. Overall, it contributed to an enjoyable and relaxing stay, and we would happily choose to stay here again on a future visit to Kraków."
