Really good hotel in Krakow

"I think this hotel is very good. It is clean and fresh, the bathroom seems to be completely newly renovated, it is quiet, it is incredibly central with two tram stops right outside. Others have written and posted pictures of curtains and stained carpets that really don't apply to our room. The only drawback I see is that there is no kitchen area with a refrigerator, cutlery, and plates so that you can make your own breakfast. What an aparthotel should have. What applies to the traffic outside with the tram tracks, I understand that it can be perceived as disturbing. For me with slightly reduced hearing, there were no problems. They are heard when the window is open, but with it closed it wasn't so dangerous. There is no reception and the room is only cleaned upon request. We were here for five days and I don't often clean at home I highly recommend this hotel."

"I have had a great stay at the Globus. The room 304 is a good size and has been clean and the bed is comfortable. The bed is a good sized double with a full size mattress. The Aircon works well as it has been warm during my stay and have used it a lot. There are 2 sockets on each side of the bed, 2 under the desk and one near the door also. There was also a UK/European socket supplied in one of the desk drawers which was nice to see. The bathroom it seems has been newly refurbished and the shower is great with plenty of hot water.There are also sockets in the bathroom. Clean towels and soap are also supplied. Great location also. The check in process is very simple if you read the instructions correctly there is no problem at all. I had as instructed email the hotel 7 days before my arrival. The staff member at the Leon hotel where I checked in was lovely and informative. It is only a 1 - 2 minute walk to the Globus from the Leon hotel. I would certainly stay here again. It is great value and location is very good for both the jewish quarter and the Old town."
