"The fact that I was able to check in 3 hours early for free since a room was available. The hopjes with the coffee. 24/7 reception. Daily cleaning was very thorough and restocked everything I used. Ideal location in quiet neighborhood area but super close to everything! Area for growth is that the cleaning staff was making lots of noise on 3rd floor as of 9am both days I was there."

This is without a doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Everything feels warm, cozy, and welcoming, with an extraordinarily pleasant atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean and equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need and even more. You can truly feel the love, care, and attention to detail in every aspect. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious! Additionally, any questions or requests are handled effortlessly just by speaking with the team every single staff member is friendly, open-hearted, and always ready to help. A special thank you to the gentleman on the night shift who helped us in the middle of the night when I desperately needed green tea at 4 a.m. :) Thank you for your kindness and for making this the best birthday experience ever! 11/10 rating!"

"Our stay was wonderful. A good quality room, very plush and comfortable, with large windows that can open (which is rapidly becoming rare, unfortunately). Comfortbal, large bed, no noises from neighbours or the street. Great breakfast and very friendly and attentive staff."
