"After a disappointing start to our anniversary trip in Marrakesh, we were moved to this riad for the final two nights of our stay — and it completely transformed our experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We were welcomed with fresh mint tea and traditional biscuits, and our beautiful room was stocked with thoughtful touches including snacks, nuts, dates, and bottled water. The riad itself was peaceful, elegant, and incredibly quiet despite its central Medina location. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. At check-in we were given a map and orientation of the area, and the concierge also arranged a wonderful hammam experience for us to end our trip perfectly. Excursions were available to book through the riad too, although we simply ran out of time. Our room was stunning, comfortable, and immaculately presented. The pool area was lovely, although the weather was slightly too cool for us to make full use of it. Housekeeping was available daily, but for our short stay we didn’t feel it was necessary. Breakfast was a particular highlight. The riad was very quiet during our visit, so we enjoyed personalised table service each morning. The chef even showed us photos of the extensive buffet they prepare when the riad is busier. The location was ideal — right in the heart of the Medina, with everything we wanted to see within easy walking distance. Highlights of our trip included visiting Le Jardin Secret and an unforgettable meal at Ksar Es Saoussan. We only wish we had stayed here from the beginning and would happily return."

"We were here with a group of 16 on a tour. I am sure this place was selected for its location in the Medina of Marrakech so we were close to the action. Of course the action meant that if you had a room on the road it was very loud with the constant roar of scooters. Fortunately we were not on the road like some members of our group but... When we arrived our room was sweltering. We summoned help from the staff. Some were dismissive while others really tried to help. We asked for and got a fan which was a big help and the room AC eventually cooled the place. The room itself was large but worn (actually the whole place was worn). The bedding selection for a hot climate was odd. The bathroom was large and the water pressure and hot water were good. There was a rooftop pool and some shady seating areas that made for great hangouts late afternoon and after dark but again it all seemed in desperate need of a major renovation. Finally the one dinner buffet and three breakfast buffets were poor at best. Food was often cold or barely warm and the staff did not seem to have a clue on what to do. Did they train these people? Not recommended!"
