"What a shame. Very rude, unprofessional receptionist - wouldn't accept credit cards to pay for meal; told me I was "crazy" and that I'd have to walk 10 minutes (in a thunderstorm!) to withdraw money from a cash machine to pay for the meal. Never seen anything like it. As I said, a real shame - up to that point, I'd been happy with my stay."

"This is an economical place away from the medina that was adequate for a night. The room was spacious and warm enough, the bathroom functional with hot water and decent pressure, and the breakfast did what it needed (though there is quite limited indoor seating). Service was perfunctory. WiFi worked OK. Overall, this place was adequate, if lacking in charm."

"A hotel with a high standard for Morocco, definitely worth recommending, the hotel staff is very nice and will help you solve any problem, from ordering a taxi to printing your boarding pass to suggesting interesting places to visit in Marrakech. Towels are in the room, which is a big plus. The facility is open 24/7 and monitored, so we felt very safe. It is also definitely worth noting that the hotel is in a very nice and well-kept district where you can find a shopping mall with popular chain stores and interesting restaurants. In addition, within 2-3 km there are the most important must-see points on the map, such as Jamaa el fna Square or Jardin Majorelle. I think that for such a low price the hotel is worth its price and there is nothing to complain about."
