"It was a lovely hotel. The staff were excellent and they really looked after us. My husband organised a surprise birthday treat and Usama and his team went out of their way to make it possible. It was so memorable. The rooms were always clean and the hotel always smelt so fresh. Breakfast was great. And the restaurant staff Amine, Ahmad and Mustafa really looked after us. On the day of our checkout, the flight was late but the lady in charge was very kind and accommodating and allowed us to complete our prayers before checking out despite the checkout time had run out. We stayed for five nights and if we came back to Marrakesh we would love to come back here."
