"We stayed two nights in this historic hotel on one of Venice’s iconic canals. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern – and with a bidet! Excellent location, far enough away from the over-crowded San Marco but a easy walk to the square and other prime locations in the city. We were well pleased with this hotel."

"This hotel is roughly half-way from the Rialto vaporetto stop to San Marco as a bird would fly, but for humans it is more complicated. If you take a water taxi, there is a landing at the hotel door. I really liked the location, as it was near everything, but it was quiet and not crowded on the alleys, yet close to enough restaurants and shops for my needs. Room was very comfortable, very clean, with a nice shower, good lighting, a good bed, and enough outlets. Staff was helpful and friendly. There is a very fine breakfast on the street level in the hotel's main restaurant, which is fancy and a bit pricey."

"We were here for one day as part of a group tour. The hotel is a short walk from the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square. We had room 174 and had a lovely canal view. The room is a bit tight but considering the location, it did not disappoint. The bathroom had a shower that you did have to step up into but did have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion, all in beautiful packaging. The breakfast buffet was well appointed and the ala carte items came fairly quickly."
