"The hotel is tucked away along the canals. The staff where friendly and helpful. We had two rooms on the 3rd floor, both had shutters that could be opened, but no views. The shower and bathroom were spacious for Italy. They maintain a list of restaurants that are nearby and they walk you to them. They have an exclusive taxi service and a free ride over to Murano Island. There was good variety for Breakfast with a friendly team and lots of options."

"Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, we had one of the Superior Panoramic rooms which overlooked the canal. Room was really clean and cool. We had the breakfast which we thought was really good and there was plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend this hotel as it was really well situated, not far from St Marks Square or where the River Taxi dropped us, only negative was there is no sign on the hotel so couldn't locate it to start with"

"Great location, 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, but still relatively quiet. The hotel is clean and pretty. The bed was way too soft for us, the breakfast was okay, and the room had extremely thin walls. We were woken up several times at night by extreme noise from the room above us. An announcement was apparently made to the guests by the reception, but nothing changed. The door was not opened for us when we knocked there at night. It was unpleasant that on the second to last day, a few things disappeared from our room that had been there since day 1. Including the 2nd. Room key card, which we had specifically left in the room. The receptionist did ask the cleaning staff, but they knew nothing about it. Therefore, only a perfunctory "so sorry" came, and that was it. We felt uneasy because we did not know if someone now had our room key card and therefore access to our room. And of course, there was no compensation either. The rooms are left open during cleaning, where theft can easily occur. They should rethink how they handle such situations here. Otherwise, the staff was very nice and accommodating."
