"Great location, 2-3 minute walk from San Marco water bus stop. Very close to San Marco square Room was small (double bed) but beautifully decorated. Nice welcome treats of juice, water and little chocolate on the bed, shower over the small bath. Charming roof top terrace but could do with redecorating. Exceptional staff, especially Claudia, who was very helpful in suggesting places of interest to see. She organized our transport from Venice to the port and went the extra mile to take us to meet our water taxi to ensure he was there! Would highly recommend staying here."

"We just returned from a stay at Hotel Firenze and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt special. He sat down with us, understood what we were looking for, and helped us craft a plan to explore the city that we never would have put together on our own. One of his suggestions was a genuine Venetian mask-making workshop at San Marco 596 Venetian Masks — one of the most memorable experiences of the entire trip. That kind of insider knowledge and genuine care for guests is rare. The location is unbeatable: 30 meters from Piazza San Marco, yet the hotel has a calm, intimate feel that keeps it from feeling like a tourist factory.
