Five-star Venetian luxury
A seamless blend of the historical and contemporary, some parts of the Ca’ Di Dio Hotel date all the way back to 1272. You’ll find this luxurious five-star hotel in the cultural and artistic epicentre of Venice – the Arsenale District – directly opposite the flowing waters of its famous canals.
At the hotel’s centre are two internal courtyards, scattered with mimosa and magnolia trees to create a suitably peaceful setting. There are two restaurants here, including the Essentia, which spills out onto one of the courtyards for al fresco dining throughout the day. The VERO Restaurant, meanwhile, boasts views over Venice’s iconic lagoon and serves up local dishes utilising ingredients from the hotel’s own kitchen garden.
And when you’re ready to venture out, you’ll find a myriad of Venice’ most unforgettable landmarks just a short stroll from the hotel. That includes the Venetian Gardens, which is just a five-minute wander away, while 10 minutes is all it takes to reach the majesty of San Marco Square. Don’t fancy the walk? Hail a gondola from directly outside the hotel and see the sights in that classic Venetian style. Just how it should be.
Back at the hotel, head to the Alchemia Bar and enjoy a well-deserved cocktail or two. The perfect end to an unforgettable day in this most iconic of floating cities.

Find out more about San Marco
