"The hotel was in the perfect location for exploring Venice. A short walk to St Marks Square and bars, restaurants and sights. A water Taxi will take you to the hotel but it’s also easy to find from the street. The service and helpfulness from the hotel team was great. Our room was traditional, not huge but just right for a 3 night stay. We will definitely visit again!"

"We have stayed in many hotels, and it was difficult finding one ahead, being unfamiliar, but we found a great one here ! Of course, as with many experiences, the staff can make or break - and Joanne, Jessica, Narme (breakfast cook), were fabulous. Joanne was our main contact, and a representative could not be more welcoming, helpful, and attentive - from calling us on her own, as we landed at Marco Polo (great help, as I was trying to call and could not figure it out, but, she must have known our schedule, and arranged for water taxi - was HUGE help), to following up with us daily , and offering advice and questioning what more she could do. For such a young person, she was amazing. Hotel is well situated, and walking is not easy for us, but it was as good as possible for so many spots. Extremely helpful for water taxi to be able to pull up to entrance. Breakfast was one of the best meals we had daily, and we went to some top spots - really a great selection, and Narme was very attentive also. I saw some grumpy fellow travelers - and it is so disappoing to see how some arrogant, picky humans can be so rude in how they treat help. I suppose it is the only power trip they get - as all the staff were so willing to help and please. Humans . Anyways, I recommend this hotel, and most importantly, the staff."

"The Hotel was a perfect central location . The staff - Arsah, Marco, Joanne and Sofia were all extremely helpful especially prior to our arrival since we had three parties traveling separately. Can't wait top go back!"
