Alla Fava

"Nothing they offer on the page is true. No reception, no AC, no cleaning, super dusty, dirty, furniture and walls are stained. I travelled with kids and requested a double and a twin… i received 2 twins attached together. You can feel the line in the middle and my son got a cot where the mattress arrived only half way. There was mold in the bathroom, there was thrash on the entrance and the stairs were used as a deposit of junk. The tv did not work either. It was the worst hotel ever"

"We arrived to the place, it was a self checking, the keys were supposed to be on the table, we saw nothing. As we knew the room number we went to the room, opened and realised a couple were already in our room and refused to leave as they were told by the hotel, that this were their room. After a very long time trying to reach them on the phone, they told us to go in another room, 20min away. We walked and arrived very exhausted with all our luggages, to the second hotel. There was an envelope on the table with someone else's name on it. The room was extremely small, there were no real window, no place to walk, only a bed. We booked a big room in the previous hotel and were very disappointed. We tried to ask for compensation as the location and the size of the room was not at all what we paid for - 0 answer. For this chaotic organisation and the lack of help, we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The whole experience with Alla Fava Hotel was horrible. Our room was already occupied by other people who refused to leave the room. After 30 min we reached somebody from the hotel and were told to go to another hotel which was 20 min away. So we walked with our luggage in the heat after having walked already 30 min to Alla Fava. The room was tiny, the envelope with the keys indicated somebody else‘s name - double booking seems to be normal in this hotel as well. We tried to reach the hotel afterwards and get some explanation / compensation - no reaction."
