"The hotel is simply charming. It’s wonderfully located steps from a vaporetto stop that connects from the airport. Lovely breakfast and very friendly staff and an elevator. It was just such a pleasure to stay here. Highly recommended."

Still, there was a certain charm to the place, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine if somewhat basic. In the end, we probably wouldn't stay here again."

"I stayed here in 1999 while on a trip with my mother, and recently returned. You no longer pay half board and have dinner here, but the breakfast is great. I love the quiet location at the intersection of two waterways. We had a corner room and I enjoyed the antiques. The bed was firm but comfortable. It's a hotel that has been in the same family for generations, and it is well-maintained and the reception staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I love the place."
