"Our stay at Palazzetto My Venice was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, with an impressive attention to every little detail that made our stay feel truly special. The staff were outstanding—warm, friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay. As someone with coeliac disease, I was particularly impressed by the care and attention from the chefs. They took my dietary requirements seriously and provided first-class food and service at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was such a pleasure to enjoy delicious, high-quality meals with complete confidence. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Venice while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also organised seamless transfers to and from the airport, and even prepared a packed breakfast for our early departure from Venice Marco Polo Airport, which was a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated. A special thank you to Federico on the front desk, whose kindness, professionalism, and local knowledge made our trip even more memorable. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We cannot recommend Palazzetto My Venice highly enough. It exceeded all our expectations, and we look forward to returning in the future."

"Situated 30 yards from the Grand canal, this beautiful, classy hotel sits on an alleyway close to a pretty square. Everything about the hotel is gorgeous, from the reception to the dining area, to the bedrooms and bathroom. The quality of the fittings is exceptional, with amazing touches of class and style. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. The hotel encapsulated everything wonderful about Venice."

"What a lovely little hotel in crazy Venice! It is in the Dorsoduro neighborhood and is conveniently located very close to the Ca' Rezzonico vaporetto stop. You can get anywhere in Venice from there. The rooms have nice high end amenities and the beds are so comfortable. It's such a relief to come on to get out of the insane Venice crowds! The staff is extraordinary! Experienced hoteliers who know what service means! Whatever you need, they will arrange it and offer great recommendations too. We were traveling with our senior mother and they took great care to ensure she was comfortable! Mille Grazie to the team at My Venice!"
