"Property does not answer the phone. They don't respond to e-mails either, nor to the phone calls or messages from Booking.com. Needed to change the dates of my accommodation, tried to make contact with the property over nearly a 4-week period in total, with no response whatsoever. Booking.com, on its part, refuses to offer a solution to customers who book accommodation options like this, with no sense of customer service, t o say the least. Hugely unrecommended."

"First of all, the owner is wonderful, very helpful, friendly, talkative and interesting. Gave us some useful tips. But we didn't like the room. The floor was a bit crooked, and so was the bed, not so easy to fall asleep. The place is right above the piazza, and it was noisy at the evening which was difficult to fall asleep too. Some of the sockets didn't work. The bathroom was OK. There is no AC, there is a fan and it worked really good. "
