The complimentary breakfast included so many delicious items including gluten free breads and prosecco! The staff assisted us with dinner reservations. I would definitely stay here again! The water bus to the airport is right out the front door so very convenient!"

"This was our first trip to Venice. We live in Barcelona and, for some reason, had never made it to this gem of a city. We absolutely fell in love with Venice, and our stay at the Radisson Collection Palazzo made the experience so much more special. We’ve been fortunate to stay at some incredible hotels over the years, and this one is easily in our top five. While the location was ideal and the hotel itself lovely (recently renovated I understand), the service is what made this hotel stand out for us. The concierge team, especially Matias, made us feel like we were the only people in the hotel. The third Saturday of each July, Venice has a very special festival called Redentore. The hotel arranged for small group water taxis to watch the spectacular fireworks show over water. It was breathtaking. Outside of this, every concierge recommendation was thoughtful, every interaction was warm and genuine, and the entire concierge team was always there to help with a smile. It’s the kind of service that doesn’t just make for a memorable trip, it makes you want to plan your return trip before you’ve even left."
