Elizabeth Unique Venice

"We chose this hotel for a post cruise stay in mid July because it was part of the Marriott Bonvoy program and I was able to book it using a 50K free night award plus points. It is located canal-side on the north end of the island, close to where our cruise ship docked, but also with easy access to the airport as we were only staying for an evening. The location is wonderful because it's just a short walk from the busier parts of the city but just far enough outside of the crowds to offer a quiet, convenient stay. There is a Alilaguna transfer stop Guglie just a 1 min walk from the hotel which makes getting to/from the airport a breeze and at a fraction of the cost of a water taxi. The tourist boats (vaporettos) also stop there so it's so easy to get around the city whether you choose to ride or walk! The hotel facade itself is very discreet, and we actually walked past it twice not realizing that we passed right by it. While it is right on a canal street, it's tucked back a little bit and opens up to a beautiful courtyard garden space. The hotel itself is exceptional, with unique design and exceptional service and amenities. Even the website does not do it justice! There is no question that it is a luxury, boutique hotel offering top notch service but without the feeling of pretentiousness some properties exude. Marco came out to greet us on our second pass because he noticed that we appeared to be looking for the hotel. He invited us in for a beverage while we got checked in and offered to store our luggage and contact us as soon as our room was available, as we had arrived rather early in the morning. He showed us where everything was on the city map and made recommendations on how to get around, what to see, etc. It was very helpful as it had been 18 years since my last stay in Venice. The room is exceptionally well-appointed, comfortable, and with thoughtful touches, such as slippers, robes, and even floor pillows next to the bed at turn down service. That was a first for me! The lemon biscuits, local chocolate and artisanal toiletries were a nice touch and much appreciated. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our short visit and I will certainly plan a longer stay here on my next visit. If you would like a truly elevated experience on your next stay in Venice, I highly recommend considering Elizabeth Unique Design hotel."

"Hotel was brand new which was really special. All the staff was so happy to answer any questions or be any help to us. The room was very pretty and felt homey. While they weren't so familiar with how to they were willing to help us with any of our needs for keeping Shabbos and the location right outside the ghetto was great. Would stay again"

"We had the best experience at Elizabeth Unique Venice! Fantastic service all around. We stayed in the first month of the hotel’s opening, which felt like a bit of a gamble as there were so few reviews. And the gamble definitely paid off! This hotel delivered the highest level of standard, exceeding expectations. The guest care was exceptional, the concierge was in touch at any hours of the day via WhatsApp and answered all my questions promptly and precisely. They gave us a few restaurant recommendations, booked our airport transfers, and helped with a few other requests. We stayed at the junior suite with a view of the canal. It was a beautiful room, spacious and well air conditioned (which was SO welcome after an especially hot day). We were obsessed with the provided slipped and took them home with us. Also, the creams they provided smell divine! The windows are soundproof which was a lovely touch. Thoughtfully designed interior, and a massive comfortable bed. The breakfast was included, and was delightful! The coffee was delicious, à la cart menu is great for any diet. The area is quiet and well connected. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more. Genuinely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at!"
