"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Venice. The location was perfect — only a 5-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia railway station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, transport options, and attractions. It was close enough to everything, yet far enough away from the busiest tourist areas to feel peaceful and relaxing. We were able to walk to all the major attractions easily, and it was also very close to the vaporetto stops, making it easy to cruise through the canals and explore Venice. The service was some of the friendliest we experienced and the hotel felt very welcoming and homely. Our room was small, but it had all the comforts we needed for our stay. A fridge and kettle would have been handy, however the nearby café opened early enough for us to grab our morning tea and coffee each day. Overall, a lovely and comfortable stay in a fantastic location."

"Just a 4 minute walk from the Venezia Santa Lucia train terminal lies a hidden gem. The Hotel Caprera is situated in a quiet corridor off the busy tourist path but still conveniently located between two ferrovia boat stations that can get you anywhere from Piazza San Marco to Murano to the Airport. There are plenty of dining places and souvenir shops all around. Hotel Caprera is family-owned and everyone we met were very pleasant and saw to our every need. They serve continental breakfast of cold cuts, fresh fruits, beverages and pastries between 8 to 10 a.m. every day. There are 3 floors above the main floor and there is no elevator, but it is a pleasant walk up. So, take the lower floor rooms if you intend to bring big, heavy luggages. We really enjoyed our stay, and we would like to thank the Signora Cristina, her son, Marco and the rest of their staff for making our stay in Venice pleasant and memorable. We highly recommend Hotel Caprera and will definitely consider booking again next time we return to Venice. Ciao!"

"We had a great experience at Hotel Caprera in Venice. The service was excellent, and the hospitality was truly warm and welcoming. and reception staff were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel at home right away. Our room was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel is in a perfect location just a short walk from the train station so there’s no stress when you arrive in Venice. It was so convenient and saved us a lot of time. Also, it’s a great value for money comfortable, clean, and in a very central spot. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Venice!😃"
