"I give this place an average as the room had mosquitoes that kept us up at night . Woke up in the morning tired and asked the staff for water. They would not give us water other than the two bottles for 4 of us…even though the you are paying almost $600/night!!!! I would recommend looking at other places and reading more reviews before booking. Also the location makes it average since you can walk to many locations nearby."

"Beautiful hotel, we stayed for two nights on our Italy adventure we travelled from Rome to Florence. Two adults and one teenager we booked a suite. The rooms are large and modern & clean. The hotel grounds are beautiful & lovely to sit outside for pre dinner drinks after a long day of walking. The reception staff are very helpful and knowledgable we couldn’t fault any of the staff they were all amazing. Especially the bar staff, they make fabulous cocktails ☺️🍸 Breakfast on the terrace was lovely plenty of choice. Our only negative was the air con didn’t work the rooms are very hot we did mention this twice but it didn’t get corrected sadly. We stayed May 24th 2026 for two nights"
