NH Collection Firenze Palazzo Gaddi

"My sister and I stayed here for three nights after our arrival to Tuscany. The room was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were plentiful and replaced. Water was provided in the room which is always a plus. The front desk was friendly and helpful most of the time. The gentlemen at the front door were always kind and offered assistance whenever we came in with packages. We had breakfast twice while there. It was a nice selection and variety. We went to the rooftop bar once, which was very pleasant after a little confusion about whether they could serve us or not. I’d say the only negative was our room was right below the rooftop bar and even though it was closed, people must’ve been up there sitting and moving furniture because one particular night we could not fall asleep till after 1 o’clock because of all the noise. Overall, it was a good location for us to walk all around to different sites we wanted to experience."
