"Excellent, clean, very modern room with all the amenities needed for a short stay. Should definitely be more than 3 stars. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Cannot fault anything. Location 15/20 mins walk from historic centre but we knew that when booking. Tram 2 mins walk outside if prefer."

"We booked this hotel through Hays Travel as part of a package so we didn’t specifically choose it. I have to say, it was far better than I expected for a 3 star hotel. It was easy to find from the tram with Google maps. The entrance is nothing grand, but nice enough, clean and air conditioned. There’s a few steps up to the reception from the entrance, so bear that in mind if you have mobility issues. Check in is from 2pm but there’s a clean and large toilet to freshen up after travel if you arrive early and you can leave your luggage. Staff are really lovely and helpful. Rooms are far nicer than I expected! No milk for tea/coffee though or a phone. There is a tv but few English speaking channels. Free water in the room which was much appreciated when we arrived. There is no bar or restaurant but a fridge at reception where you can buy cold drinks. Breakfast basic but tasty. About a 15 minute, easy walk to central Florence. I would stay here again if visiting Florence and would recommend."

"Amazing place. Everything about the stay was great and stress free. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The check-in and check out were the easiest processes I've had at any hotel. The room was very clean, modern, and had great AC. Simply put, this is where I will be staying in every future trip to the Florence. "
