Hotel Kursaal and Ausonia Firenze

"This hotel is the worst place I have ever stayed in, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that safety and respect are not priorities here. The staff are rough, rude, and abusive, They entered our room without permission, which is not only unacceptable but a serious breach of privacy and safety. This place is not only unprofessional but also dangerous, and I urge everyone to stay far away from Hotel Kursaal & Ausonia. Your safety and dignity are worth much more than a cheap stay."

"Total scam hotel in florence.booking was under kursaal & ausonia.rating was good.upon arrival they mentioned your room is across the street and got better elevator.its our own hotel.but as you enter the name registered is hotel Eden.all details reg. Is under hotel eden.then once going out for visit,you have to leave the keys (but mentioned prior in booking).the issue here the aircond are not working at all.im at 12am local Italy time yet I cant sleep.the admin knows the aircond don't work.they delay by keeping your key with them.im an aircond installer and I know how daikin aircon settings works.there is error n yet the receptionist ask me to sleep in the lobby if its hot.im with my wife.n the reception mentioned if you have issue complain to kursaal and not me."

"Good value and location despite street construction that restricted sidewalks. Not far from Firenze SMN. Plenty of uge, fluffy white towels and hot water. Wonderful AC on a steamy day. Staff rec for restaurant led to best meal ever in Firenze."
