"Located just outside the city center, but seems to be where most of the locals moved to post Covid. 10-15 minute walk to attractions in center histórico. I don’t recommend the regular Studio rooms which entry is exterior and face a large street if you are sensitive to sound due to car tire noises of cars cruising by I had to upgrade to a superior studio to get an indoor entrance. Kitchen is well equipped and room is spacious. I really enjoyed the pool and also booked a massage and it was incredibly relaxing / overall a nice spa of tranquility. Work station also convenient. In Feb my room was not well ventilated so my room got hotter than outside. But they restrict AC in spring & keep it off and won’t make exceptions by unit. That was tough for me bc it was rainy & I still left the windows open while sleeping. For that reason I may not consider stay here in springtime …"

"We stayed as a family at the hotel during our stay in Florence. First, the rooms are very large, modern and clean The facilities in general are really good, with a very nice spa and a big pool, which is great for kids until 6pm, time when they have to leave as it is only for adults making reservations to use it later. While the location is not in the middle of Florence, the good thing is that you are not swamped by the craziness of the tourist groups around the touristic area. Walking from and to the hotel to areas like the dome, palazzo vecchio or galleria de la accademia was literally 20-25min. Uber and taxi can be rather expensive compared to other cities, but there is a bus that runs around the corner or you can walk 10-25 min to Firenze campo de di Marte which is one station from Firenze Santa Maria de novella, which is what we mostly used to move around. The train runs very frequently and for a group of 7 we paid 13 euros! You can buy tickets online or through the train app The gym is very very small, but as I always say, for those of us who like to exercise everything works"
