Eden Rock Resort

"We arrived yesterday lunchtime and were welcomed by the staff. The gentleman at reception was so helpful and informative explaining to us different methods of transport to Florence and providing us with a bus timetable and a map of the city. He gave us details of different taxi companies to use. The ladies who managed the bar and restaurant are very kind and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel has a lift and stairs from the entrance to the reception and rooms. The restaurant is on the ground floor as is the bar and the heated outdoor pool. The breakfast is really good with a wide variety to choose from including yoghurts, breads and jams, cakes, cheeses and meats, boiled eggs, bacon and scrambled eggs, quiche, fruits, croissants 🥐 etc. the room itself is nothing short of excellent with 2 rooms, a bathroom, a balcony, 2 large flatscreen tv’s, large shower cubicle, bidet, hairdryer, large double bed in one room and a massive sofabed in the lounge, small kitchen with cooking facilities and coffee machine, fridge and even a dishwasher. After only one day I think my expectations have been entirely met and exceeded. Thank you to the hotel and staff I highly recommend staying at Eden Rick Resort in Florence"

"This resort has everything you could want in a hotel. The staff are friendly and extremely welcoming. The rooms are spaced, bright and clean. The rooms do not lack anything. The bathroom is big and airy. The breakfast is continental but amazing and the cakes are delicious. The evening meals in the restaurants are of a great quality and well priced. I can’t say anything negative about this resort ."

"We had such a great stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The pool area is quiet and lovely with seating around the bar and restaurant area where we enjoyed a couple of drinks together. The food at breakfast and dinner was amazing. You are spoiled for choice, and the views are breathtaking. There is a bus into town that stops directly opposite the hotel. Ask reception for bus tickets and route information. They are super helpful. We will definitely be back."
