"Excellent location to everything Florence has to offer. Easy six minute walk from train station or T2 tram from airport. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. The hotel was quiet at night and had a really good breakfast each morning. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I liked it so much I am going back this year!"

"This hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the Academy of Fine Arts, Palazzo Vecchio, Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, and Ponte Vecchio (15-minute walk). Elegant hotel, big room, almost like a studio, and the price was right, about 197 Euros per night. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful. The major drawback is, and you must consider this very carefully, that at 5 am, if you’re facing the street, you will not be able to sleep. This is because the town does septic tank cleaning with an awful, ear-piercing noise that gets louder and louder as it continues for about 45 minutes, from Monday to Thursday, the days we stayed. To top it off, there was an accompanying foul stench. Not a pleasant experience. Management said they couldn’t do anything. Well, at least they could have offered to move us to a back room. If there is a redeeming quality to compensate for this experience, it is the awesome breakfast they serve. But then again, how would that be of any comfort when your day is ruined for lack of sleep? In all, if you don’t mind not being able to sleep past 5 am, this is an excellent hotel, with about 8 restaurants nearby and a large shopping plaza."

Paolo P. was extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful at the front desk. He assisted us with our questions and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made a great first impression. Charice provided excellent service during breakfast. She was attentive, warm, and very efficient, making sure we were well taken care of each morning. Her kindness and positive energy truly made our breakfast experience more enjoyable. Both Paolo P. and Charice are wonderful representatives of the hotel, and their excellent service made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you for the great hospitality."
