"The hotel is ideally located in the historic center of Florence. The staff was lovely, the receptionist very welcoming and attentive, always ready to please us, the young woman at the front desk was also very pleasant and smiling! Finally, this atmosphere continued through breakfast with Karima who was just as lovely. We will return with pleasure if we come back to Florence!"

"Charming hotel with an entrance located in a small dead-end street, which benefits from an excellent location very close to the Duomo and all the other tourist sites in Florence that can be reached on foot, a real asset. Regarding the hotel's services, our room was very clean, well laid out, and modern with a nice and practical desk area, nice modern furniture, and very good bedding; the only downside concerns the bathroom, the one in our room was old-fashioned and deserves to be renovated, we did not have a bathtub but a shower tray. Our room overlooked the via del corso, a very lively street in the heart of the city, and the beautiful stained glass window of a church. The reception and the adjoining lounges are very pleasant and welcoming. Regarding breakfast, it is very satisfactory, 3 machines, the number of which avoids any waiting, offer a very wide variety of different coffees, there is enough choice in sweet and savory items and the buffet is continuously replenished so that nothing is missing, the two women who take care of breakfast are very, very efficient and smiling. Regarding the reception open 24 hours a day, all the reception staff are very welcoming, helpful, and friendly and speak several languages. In conclusion, we really enjoyed our 4-night stay at the Hotel Alberto and recommend it."
