"The place was low budget and close to the city centre. So, great walking distance to many places (particularly the cinema museum). A big let down was the noise insulation noise from cars regularly honking horns on the main road nearby was easily audible and noise in the corridors was easily audible. I'm glad I brought ear plugs. The rooms are in quite old condition but were clean and tidy. The service was nothing special."

"I am very happy that I choose this hotel for my 3 night stay. It is well located, very close to the center and a restaurant is next to the hotel. The owner is a very nice and helpful lady with excellent english knowledge. My room was much more than I expected, well sized with a comfy bed, a bathroom, and it was really nice and tidy. Negative things was that I really missed the breakfast in the hotel, and the water tubes in the wall was really noisy. "

"I stayed here for three nights and only really wanted a centrally located hotel at a cheap cost. I got more than I bargained for really, ok so it is a one star rated place but it was clean, my room was good and the wifi worked (pw is; vrata.2015) On arrival you approach the door and ring no.4. Door is electronic so you go in up some steps through some glass doors and there is a lift. Up to floor 4 and the reception door is on the right as you exit the lift. The lady was polite and helpful and check in took a few minutes. An en suite room for 25 quid a night (you can pay by card but the local tax is cash only and is 1.80 euros a night) You get keys for the outside door and reception door as reception isn't manned 24/7. I loved it as you can go as and when you please and come back anytime. It takes about 10 mins to walk to the start of the centre and about 20 mins from the heart. I walked to the main train station in 30 minutes but a taxi will cost you 10 euro tops. I had purchased a 2 day museum/transport card called the Turin-Piermont card, great value if your into museums and willing to try buses/trams and the metro. Overall a great little hotel, there are bars and restaurants on your doorstep and a supermarket and your so close to everything you might need. I would rate this 2 star plus!!"
