"The NH Collection Hotel atmosphere from arrival through to departure was all about giving the guest the best experience for a most enjoyable stay. Alessandro on the door always greeting us with a ready smile come day or night and we did wonder if he ever went home! Gabriele on Reception who went above and beyond to ensure our room requirements met our needs. Alberto, always happily ready to engage and share his knowledge of the area. Eleanora was amazing in her guest relations roll ensuring we enjoyed trips of our choosing and checked in with us both before and after. Monica along with the other waiting staff and behind the scenes chefs ensured we enjoyed fresh tasty breakfast every morning. Finally the other behind the scenes staff including cleaners ensured our room and all other areas of the hotel created a pleasant environment for a perfect stay! Thank you all!"

"My wife and I visited Taormina electing to stay at the NH Collection Taormina. Our choice of this hotel was partially due to their web-site but also because of the very good reviews from previous visitors to the hotel regarding their customer service. We were not disappointed in the slightest, from our arrival to the final goodbye the service was excellent, we could not have been made to feel more welcome. The quality of the hotel rooms, facilities and food as well as its central location was in keeping with the first class service we received. We will not hesitate to go back to this hotel.
