NH Collection Taormina

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for our honeymoon. The staff were very attentive and friendly yet efficient and professional. The room was lovely. It's position is ideal for the heart of Taormina. The pool area was immaculate and staff were constantly keeping it tidy and replenishing towels etc. The views from our balcony were excellent, as is the view from the pool and the rooftop bar. We really didn't want to come home and would definitely visit again. "

We initially booked a room that wasn’t quite what we had expected. Although the hotel was fully booked for our first night, the staff handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. They offered to move us to a beautiful suite at no additional cost after the first night, which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture and made a huge difference to our stay. It’s this kind of customer service that truly sets a hotel apart. The hotel itself is outstanding—modern, elegant, and perfectly located within walking distance of everything Taormina has to offer. Our suite had breathtaking views that we looked forward to every morning and evening, making the experience even more memorable. The breakfast was excellent, the facilities were beautiful, and every member of the staff we encountered was friendly, attentive, and welcoming.
