"This is not just a Hotel, but an International Resort with many Hecteres of land planted with citrus fruits and lovely tropical palms. The pool is very large and caters for young and old. Lounge chairs are plentiful shaded by umbrellas. The property is scattered with comfortable cushioned lounges. Rooms are spacious and tastfully furnished, with powerful air-conditioning for the hot summer heat. The upstairs breakfast lounge has one of the best selection of hot meals, cakes, and Sliced local fruit. The restaurant has a large menu to cater for a light lunch, or a multi course Italian dinner. Accompanied by a great selection of Siclian and Regional wines. The pool bar with both Alberto, and Davido, make a great cocktail, or you can have the local Birra Messina, on tap. We have visited many Sicilian Hotels on the trip, but the standard of service from staff, at the front desk, breakfast area, restaurant and bar was 6 Star exceptional. "An amazingly well kept boutique hotel. The constant attention of Giusi shows in so many details, and no effort was sparred to make our stay amazing. The pool service is better than in many 5 star properties, and the breakfast has so many options. The pool has plenty of sun loungers and never felt too crowded. Also Laura was also keeping our kids busy and happily entertained. The whole gardens are beautiful and maintained daily. The hotel is in a hidden area, but only 15 minutes to Siracusa and close to many great restaurants and sights (Noto, Ragusa)."

"We spent the first 4 days of our Sicilian adventure here in Borgo Pantano. It was the perfect start to our summer holiday. The warmest of welcomes from everyone on the staff team and a helpful introduction to the property. We loved our rooms - super comfortable beds and terrific showers. The spacious pool, even more spacious gardens with lots of shade helped us enjoy long relaxing days in the garden and cool down after our trips into Ortigia. And then there was the food - simply amazing. The breakfast buffet is the most extensive I've seen, all home made and everything I managed to taste totally delicious. Thank you to each and everyone of you - we loved our time with you all."
