Albatros Hotel Siracusa

"Very disappointing experience. I contacted this hotel because I was interested in booking 5 rooms, so this was not a small booking. Unfortunately, while I was trying to arrange the reservation, the prices seemed to keep changing, which made the whole experience frustrating and unprofessional. After going back and forth, I told the person I was dealing with, Franco, that I would leave it this time and not proceed with the booking. His response was simply: “Go somewhere else.” I found this response extremely rude and completely unacceptable, especially towards a potential customer trying to book five rooms. Hotels can change their prices, and customers can decide whether or not to accept them. But there is no excuse for speaking to a customer in this way. Based on the way I was treated before I had even made the booking, I’m glad I decided not to proceed."

"We were guests at the hotel from August 23rd to the 30th. We had a good time. Spacious room and very comfortable bed. The large, equipped terrace where it is possible to let swimsuits and beach towels dry is very useful. Kind and courteous staff. The pool is clean and large and offers the use of free inflatables. Excellent location for reaching the center and the most famous beaches. Parking inside the property. We will certainly return, so I recommend it."

"I stayed at this hotel by booking through an agency and I had a good experience. The staff was kind, helpful, and attentive to the guests' needs. I appreciated the attention dedicated to the cleanliness of the rooms. Overall it was a good experience. The only aspect that, in my opinion, could be improved is the breakfast: since it is a 4-star hotel, I expected a greater variety of products and a wider choice. I actually found it a bit basic compared to expectations. Anyway, a pleasant stay."
