"⭐⭐⭐ – Beautiful hotel, but language barriers made it difficult for English speakers This is an amazing hotel – the setting is lovely, the food is delicious, and we had a comfortable stay overall. A special thank you to Manuel and Sara, who were absolutely wonderful and made our week very special – we really appreciated their kindness and help. That said, there were some significant downsides: - Only around 2 members of staff spoke English, so communication was very challenging throughout the stay. - After we checked out, I accidentally left a dress in my room. The reception staff refused to assist or help me retrieve it, and unfortunately I couldn’t get it back – this was very upsetting. - It feels like this hotel is really for French and Italian speakers only – all entertainment, activities and excursions were run entirely in French, so we couldn’t participate at all. I really think Jet2 should make this much clearer before people book. If you speak French or Italian, I’m sure this would be a perfect holiday – and we’d have loved it if we could have understood more. As it was, it was a lovely setting but a frustrating experience in important ways. 🤎🌞"

"Overall a very good hotel, though it could use a bit of renovation. The people here are wonderful. I especially want to highlight Manuel, who is incredibly kind, helpful and attentive, a genuinely lovely person who deserves a lot of praise for the job he does. He made us laugh and made us feel truly welcome at the hotel. The rest of the staff are friendly too, but the English level could be better. Manuel's English was great! The food was generally okay."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food was delicious, with a great variety every day, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The entertainment team was fantastic and made every day so much fun. There were plenty of activities for both adults and children, and the evening shows were enjoyable and well organized. A special thank you to the entertainment manager Manuel <333, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and full of energy. You could really see how much effort he put into making every guest feel welcome and entertained. The staff were kind and helpful, the atmosphere was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!"
